Ingredients
20 g
Creamed Coconut 80 g
Water (Or 100g canned coconut milk to replace creamed coconut and water.) 1
Gelatin sheet 40 g
Honey 10 g
Cocoa powder 200 g
Fromage Frais (Use natural semi-skimmed or skimmed without added sugar)Instructions
- In a saucepan on a low heat, add the creamed coconut and water and then whisk.
- Once the coconut and water begin to combine, add the gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and add the honey and cocoa powder and whisk again.
- Now, add the fromage frais to the pan and give it a good whisk until smooth.
- Finally, pour the mixture into ramekins and place into the fridge to set.
Serve with grated dark chocolate.
