Women's Healthy Fast to Lose Body Fat

Knowledge you need to Avoid Fasting Side Effects
We love eating. Some more than others. Despite that, we are designed to eat. Food stimulates us and satisfies our needs, and then stops us eating... at least it used to...
...Now food is produced to stimulate and over-ride nature so we keep eating more and more junk. And sometimes we just can't stop ourselves. It can feel like an addiction. While others say they only have to look at food and pile on the pounds.
So, now you have to find a solution to losing weight in a safe way. And one answer is by fasting...
...Stop eating and the fat will fall off?
At least that's what they feel should happen. It makes simple sense. Overeat and I get fat... undereat and I'll lose it.
Master your hormones so you don't develop an imbalance or disrupt your menstrual cycle.
Dieters have randomly been trying this for years. Some become obsessive. Even develop eating disorders. The pitfalls can be massive. Hormones fly all over the place. Hunger can send you into a frenzy causing you to eat too much. And your brain chemistry can cause you to focus too much on foods and develop an unnatural relationship.
Your body is more sensitive to starvation.

Therefore, you'll want to avoid the dead ends and potholes so you can burn more of your stored fat to slim down.
And when you get it right, you can lose weight with fasting just like the many women showing off success before & after pics across social media.
You'll master your hormones so you don't develop an imbalance or disrupt your menstrual cycle - or even risk dealing with fertility problems - Oh yeah, that can happen if you get it wrong.
You see, fasting is popular. There are different experimental models. Ongoing tests to see the outcomes of different eating patterns for different reasons...
...it might be to live longer, to help beat diseases like cancer and diabetes and heart diseases, or to improve brain health and function. However, one thing is clear -
The rules for Women are different
Men are not designed to give birth. They do not have a monthly cycle (not in that way, anyway). They handle types of stress differently. And emotions. Their bodies deal with fats... and carbs differently... your body functions differently to a man's.
So, here's the thing. Intermittent fasting is heavily promoted by male doctors and fitness fanatics in their 20-30's - While they are still made of rubber and magic (although, it's fading), and punish their bodies to get results. They do not have to deal with a delicately balanced system like yours.
Your body is more sensitive to starvation. Just like other female animals' bodies [1,2], yours will slow down and shut down unnecessary functions... making babies is not essential when fighting for survival. Unlike a man wandering the wilderness of his mind, you simply cannot go for long periods of time not eating without side-effects...
...they may be subtle like feeling down, snappy, or a headache, or tired and rundown, or a bit bloated. Or you could eventually see obvious symptoms like intensive and unsatisfied hunger and end up eating everything you just burned and more. Or you could develop irregular periods and fertility issues.
In reality, these severe problems can be avoided. And when done right, your body will adapt to not eating for longer periods so minor symptoms like filling up with wind and feeling hungry will go away.
Increased Energy &
Less Body Fat
Subsequently, you'll feel an energy increase to comfortably get you through the day... as well as naturally losing more body fat.
For one thing, everybody naturally fasts. However, some consciously choose not to eat either for health or religious or other reasons. Besides that, at some time in the day we start eating (breaking-the-fast) and then there's a time we stop eating.
Actually, it depends on your culture because we have different traditions... even in England...

Time to Eat!
...I mean, I'm more familiar with Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner, but my mother was raised in the north with Breakfast, Dinner, and Tea. The times are slightly different and Dinner is the main meal. Plus, she was more likely to have Supper in the evening. Albeit, breakfast time generally started between 7 & 8 am and the last meal of the day was between 4 & 6 pm.
In addition to this, Mediterranean breakfast time starts between 8 & 10 am and they finish eating between 8 & 10 pm.
You see, this means we all generally stop eating for 12 hours... and some people actually call this fasting. So can you see why I told you we all naturally fast?
Then, isn't it a good thing that we are fasting while we sleep? We don't feel hungry physically or emotionally.
Admittedly, it can be hard to ignore prolonged feelings of hunger. Rumblings remind us we need food. Then our focus shifts. We think about the foods we could be eating. You could develop an obsession... food on the mind.
To quash hunger pangs drink a glass of water. This can help see you through to your meal.

Plus, you might experience a lack of energy and focus. Motivating your way past all this can be difficult. So limiting the conscious hours while fasting is preferable.
To get the health benefits of fasting and maximise weight loss all you have to do is extend the time you do not eat. That means, making breakfast time later or having dinner earlier or a combination of the two.
Also, the best amount of time to fast without suffering the major problems women can experience is 14 hours. And you can safely stop eating for this time period day in, day out. Additionally, you will increase weight loss with better nutrition - meals designed to provide your body with the ingredients it needs while not overdosing on the nutrients and chemicals it does not need.
