Semifreddo di banane crema con granola

Frozen creamy banana pudding topped with nutty granola clusters.

Ingredients

120 g
Crème fraîche
80 g
Fromage Frais
15 g
Sugar
100 g
Condensed Milk
1
Egg Yolk
300 g
Banana (Mashed)
20 g
Granola Clusters

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the creme fraîche, fromage frais, and sugar until combined.
  2. Add the condensed milk and egg yolk and then beat well.
  3. Now blend in the mashed bananas (you may need an electric blender to get the mixture smooth).
  4. Pour the mixture into 6 glasses and freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Top with granola clusters to serve.
